Thursday has finally come and through some form of miracle it looks like I'm actually ready to leave. lots of family goodbyes and cards, its quite sad that my hardest goodbye was with my dog.
Anyway I'm all set and ready to go, just quickly putting out this post before jumping in the car and heading off to Heathrow. A massive thank you to everyone who has helped me get this far, I will keep this blog updated as much as possible.
Anywho, I've got to go now because everyone is screaming that we'll be late.

On the 22nd of August, or 11 days from now, I will be flying to Malaysia to teach for a year at the MRSM Kota Putra school through the organisation Project Trust.
Suffice to say I am very excited and cannot wait to be on my way. It has been a lot of hard work to get to where I am and I have never looked forward to something so much in my entire life.
I am finally coming toward the end of my incredibly stressful fundraising efforts, with just under £500 of my original £5400 target left to raise. I would just like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped me come this far, I know I have driven a fair few of my friends and family crazy with my insistent begging, but as I approach my departure date I know it was worth it.
I hope to keep this blog updated with all of my adventures over the next 12 months, so if you're reading this then you should be able to follow me and my amazingly awesome exploits.
There's not much else to add for now but I'll post a little something just before I leave.
